When you create an organization, you can determine if users can use self-sign up to join your organization, or if you only want to allow users to join your organization by invite. This setting can also be managed in Organization Settings.

Properties

You may now create Apollo properties for free to support simple, new GA4 implementations. When you are creating a new property choose the Property Plan 'Free' and the Property Type 'New Implementation'. This property type will perform the following actions for you:

1. Creates a New GTM container

2. Deploys to the Default container Workspace

3. Creates the GA4 Config Tag

4. Creates two Measurement ID variables

You may now create Apollo properties for free to support simple, GA4 migration implementations. When you are creating a new property choose the Property Plan 'Free' and the Property Type 'Migrate'. This property type will perform the following actions for you:

1. Deploy to an existing GTM container

2. Creates a new container Workspace

3. Converts your event-based UA tags to GA4 tags

   1. Leverages your existing GTM Triggers and Variables

   2. Converts UA eventAction, eventLabel, eventCategory to GA4 event parameters

   3. Converts eventAction and eventCategory into the the GA4 event property

4. Creates the GA4 Config Tag

5. Creates two Measurement ID variables

*Note: This property type will not migrate your UA custom dimensions and metrics.
