You can now make changes to configurations within the Adobe Analytics extension and Apollo will not overwrite them. Apollo will overwrite changes to the following configurations, as they should be managed through Apollo:

• Report Suites

• Tracking Server

• Secure Tracking Server

• Custom Code (you may still insert custom code above any Apollo-managed code blocks)
