Deploy : Builds [Tag Manager]

Previously deployments to tag manager would fail if the name of a GTM variable Apollo was attempting to create in the container, was already taken by a pre-existing variable.

Now in this scenario, Apollo will deploy all other changes to the container successfully, then you will have the opportunity to update the name of the pre-existing variable, and re-deploy the build to incorporate the new variable into your container.
